WBGD (91.9 FM) is a radio station based in Brick Township, New Jersey, started at Brick Township High School and is currently broadcasting from Brick Memorial High School. The station went on the air in the 1970s as a 10 watt educationally licensed station playing a variety of music.

WBGD currently has a variety of different shows from Rockology, a show that focuses on a specific rock band, Wilty And The Snake, a variety show featuring two DJs who play and say what they want, advice shows, and pure music programs, including a live show every Friday presented by DJ Nick.

Silent

The station experienced transmitter problems in 2007 and is off the air until the Brick Township Budget allows for the purchase or repair of said equipment.[citation needed] At present the station is off-the-air without FCC authorization. FCC rules dictate that the station's license will be cancelled if the station remains off the air for a year.
