Cahokia High School is a public four-year high school located in Cahokia, Illinois, in St. Clair County, Illinois, just across the Mississippi River from St. Louis, Missouri. It is part of Cahokia Unit School District 187. As of 2007, it has a current enrollment of 1,363 students[1].

Eighty percent of Cahokia's graduates enroll in college or post-graduate training programs.[2]
In 1985, CHS art teacher Robert Maguire was named the "Illinois Teacher of the Year" by the National Teacher of the Year project of the Council of Chief State School Officers.[3]
Athletics
Cahokia High School competes in the South Seven Conference and Illinois High School Association. Its mascot is the Comanches.
